It's just one of those things that you can put on the ever growing list of, "thank goodness he won't remember this when he grows up". I had to end that list about 8 months ago since Spencer seems to have developed long term memory and I now worry about actually damaging him with what he might remember.
ETA: When Norah got home and saw Louis' shirt she said, 'hey that dinosaur has chicken pox!' That kid doesn't miss a thing.
