Oh c'mon, it's not even a contest! The only reason the other babies are getting any votes at all is that their families are biased. Norah blows the other babies out of the competition on multiple cuteness levels. I mean really, a polka dot dress with balloons and a golden retriever smile? Are you kidding me? It shoud be posted on birthday cards and sold at Walgreens it's so cute.
