There is a Greek Orthodox church right down the street that hosts a huge festival every Labor Day weekend. It is a 3 day extravaganza of gyros, baklava, and beer. We stole BVZ away from work for a few hours, bundled up the baby and set off.

This is what happened when we told her she wouldn't get her own meat on a stick.

Delicious, sweet, wonderful beer...

Bundled up the baby? Oh, I am envious. It is 100+ here. And humid. I can't believe BVZ let you go to a festival. Ross says festivals are a load of crap. Perhaps they do overuse the term festival in Austin. As Ross pointed out they are usually just a bunch of hippies selling stuff.
